“the mail order fulfillment company [Top Shelf Records] partnered with, Awesome Distro, has gone bankrupt….
owing us tens of thousands of dollars in revenue and forcing us to relocate 17 years worth of inventory immediately with no advance notice….the property management company they leased from is withholding access to our inventory, treating it as collateral, and citing that their agreement with Awesome creates legal ground for seizing everything in the building.”

@twistylittlepassages it’s the “a third party is claiming our merch” part that’s the real twist. As if to say “you’re gonna spend more taking us to court than the items are worth, and we know you know that.”
